What kind of screening do you conduct?
All applicants undergo credit check, background check, and eviction report.
How much is the application fee?
The application fee is $50 per adult.
What items will disqualify me from renting from renting from you?
We do not accept applicants with any eviction history nor bankruptcies less than 5 years old.
What is your usual communication standard?
You can always reach us between 9 AM-5 PM. Responses are always same day.
What payment methods do you accept?
Security deposits and rent can be paid in the form of cashiers checks, credit/debit card, and ACH. We do not accept cash.
How much is the security deposit?
Security deposits for every property will be equal to one month’s rent.
How much money will I need to move in?
At minimum, you will need the security deposit and one month’s rent. Other fees may apply.
