Tell us about your property then receive the agreement and invoice for signature and payment. A paid deposit is required to make our new relationship official.
After we confirm that your property is ready for advertising, we’ll send your listing to various sources where seeking residents can find it. We’ll conduct showings for interested parties then screen applicants.
We’ll then select the qualified resident and get them prepared to move-in. After move-in day, we’ll turn everything back over to you.
